We never charge you a fee for our services provided. We are paid directly by the lender. The only time a fee is charged is when special Private Mortgage lending (i.e., provided by a company with private investors) is required. In this case, the fee would be disclosed upfront and discussed before proceeding with any mortgage financing (E&O).
