Bob Hanscom Mortgage Agency

BOB HANSCOM has been involved in the real estate & mortgage industry since 1973 and has been licensed as an Alberta mortgage associate since 1995. He is the founder of The Bob Hanscom Mortgage Agency and has achieved many awards, including a Lifetime Achievement Award. In 2007, he passed the ownership torch to his sister, Rita Matthews, but he still works with clients on a regular basis.

Bob is a member of the Canadian Association of Accredited Professionals. As an AMP designate, he has achieved the highest standards for mortgage professionals in Canada.

Bob has lived in Edmonton all his life with his wife Judy. They are active in the community and sponsor several charitable organizations. Their interests are many, including sports, gardening and fishing, and spending time with their kids and grandkids. Bob & his wife enjoy travelling and often host some great family get-togethers.
